I ordered a home delivery. I stated no mushrooms to be in any dishes and then i get the vegetable korma with mushrooms. Luckily the delivery driver was still outside and got me a replacement. I also ordered a cheese nan and got a plain one. Food was luke warm. Pretty disappointing to be honest

Order arrived 1 hour after estimated delivery time - if we had known it would take so long we would have chosen another takeaway or selected collection. Some of the food was cold when it got to us, and it was not of the same standard that we have had from Royal Bengal previously. Disappointing.

The food is always fantastic, but the takeaway /online order service is poor. Every time I have ordered here, I have had to phone to chase up a late order and every time, they take a further 30minutes to prepare and deliver our food. I wonder if there’s a problem with how they get notified of online orders. I recommend phoning straight away to make sure they have got your online order!
